EMDR & Brainspotting Intensives: faster healing, lasting results.
Focused, evidence-based sessions designed to help individuals and couples achieve relief from trauma, anxiety and stress in a fraction of the time of traditional weekly therapy.
Compress months of therapy into days of deep healing.
4 hours
A focused half-day session for a specific issue or single-event trauma.
6 hours
A full-day intensive for deeper work on multiple concerns.
8 hours
Two half-days or one full extended day for comprehensive processing and integration.
These focused sessions compress what would normally take weeks or months of weekly therapy into a concentrated, contained format. You'll go deep without losing momentum between sessions, and you'll leave with real relief rather than having just scratched the surface.
Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that uses specific eye-movement patterns while you process traumatic events or memories. When a disturbing event gets "stuck" in the body, it can cause anxiety, depression, night terrors, physical pain, anger or dissociation. EMDR accesses those stuck spots and brings healing to both body and brain.
Rather than spending months talking around a traumatic memory, EMDR helps your brain do what it naturally wants to do: process and resolve the experience, so it no longer holds the same emotional charge. You'll still remember what happened, but it won't feel like it's happening right now.

Single-trauma events are highly likely to fully heal with EMDR treatment.
77% of complex-trauma clients were PTSD-free by the end of treatment.
Even 3 to 4 sessions can bring lasting relief for many people.
12 or more sessions are recommended for complex or developmental trauma.
Accessing the brain's natural ability to heal.
Brainspotting is a focused therapy that uses eye position to access and process trauma, emotions and stuck experiences. By finding the eye position linked to a particular memory or feeling, Brainspotting taps the body's natural ability to heal, often leading to deep release and lasting change.
Where EMDR uses bilateral stimulation through eye movements, Brainspotting uses a fixed gaze position to hold the brain's attention on the material that needs processing. It reaches the deeper, subcortical parts of the brain where talk therapy has a harder time accessing, and it can be a powerful complement to EMDR work.
The Brainspotting difference
Eye-position based
Uses a fixed gaze point, not moving eyes, to hold the brain's processing focus.
Subcortical access
Reaches trauma stored in deeper brain regions that talk therapy can't easily touch.
Gentle and body-based
Works with the body's felt sense rather than cognitive analysis alone.
Powerful for complex trauma
Especially effective when words can't fully capture the experience.
When weekly sessions aren't enough.
No losing momentum
In weekly therapy, you spend the first 15 minutes settling in and the last 10 preparing to leave. An intensive keeps you in the work, building on each session without interruption.
Go as deep as you're ready
Processing can continue across the day. What surfaces in one session can be worked with in the next, rather than waiting a week and hoping it's still accessible.
Faster relief
For many people, the intensive format brings measurable relief in days, not months. You feel the difference sooner, and that creates hope and momentum for the rest of your healing.
Designed around your life
An intensive doesn't require clearing your calendar for months of weekly appointments. You do the deep work in a concentrated block, then return to your life with new tools and less weight.
Ready to feel lighter?
You don't have to carry it forever. Whether you've tried therapy before or this is your first time reaching out, there is a way through, and it may be closer than you think.
