EFT Supervision & Consultation

EFT Supervision & Consultation: supporting therapists on their EFT journey.

For therapists who want to better understand the EFT model and grow their confidence working with couples. Individual and group supervision available.

What It Is

Grow your EFT practice with skilled support.

EFT is a powerful, deeply rewarding model, and it takes time to master. Whether you're just starting out or already using it with couples, supervision helps you refine your skills, deepen your understanding and feel more confident in the room.

Individual Supervision

One-on-one sessions focused entirely on your cases and your growth as an EFT therapist. Bring your recordings, your stuck moments and your questions: we'll work through them together at your pace.

Group Supervision

Learn alongside other EFT-oriented therapists in a supportive, collaborative space. Present cases, discuss theory, watch tape together and build a community of practice with clinicians who share your commitment to the model.

About Your Supervisor

Led by Nick Puchalski, LMFT.

Nick is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) therapist and EFT Supervisor Candidate. He founded Restored Counseling & Wellness Center with his wife Keely, and he brings years of experience working with couples, individuals and trauma to every supervision session.

Nick genuinely enjoys supporting other therapists on their EFT journey. He knows the model can feel daunting at first: it's nuanced, experiential and demands a lot of the therapist. His supervision style is warm, collaborative and grounded in real clinical material. He'll help you see what's happening in your sessions, what's working, what you might be missing and how to take your next steps with the model.

What You'll Develop

Build the skills that make a difference in the room.

Deepening the model

Move beyond knowing the steps and stages to understanding the music of EFT: how to track the cycle moment by moment, how to work with attachment emotions and how to stay present with what's unfolding in the room.

Case consultation

Bring your most challenging couples. We'll review tape together, identify where things get stuck and develop a clear, focused plan for your next session.

Therapist as instrument

EFT asks the therapist to use their own emotional experience in session. Learn how to recognise and work with your own responses so they guide the work rather than getting in the way.

Community of practice

Grow with other therapists who are committed to EFT. Share ideas, discuss difficult moments and build the kind of collegial support that sustains a long, rewarding career in this work.
