Meet Nicole

A space to feel deeply seen and supported.

Nicole is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern who has always been someone who naturally cares about how others are feeling and what they're going through. During her own high school years, she faced personal challenges and experienced firsthand how meaningful therapy can be.

That experience didn't just help her heal — it inspired her to support others as they navigate their own changes, challenges, and growth. She works with teens and adults ages 15+ on a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ support.

My Story

I've always been someone who naturally cares about how others are feeling and what they're going through. During my own high school years, I faced some personal challenges and experienced firsthand how meaningful therapy can be. That experience didn't just help me heal — it inspired me to want to support others as they navigate their own changes, challenges, and growth.

Whatever you're dealing with, there is hope, and you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here to support you in writing your next chapter.

My Approach

I believe therapy can be a powerful space for anyone seeking clarity, healing, or simply a place to feel heard. Becoming aware of our mental health needs is often the first step toward meaningful change, and I'm passionate about helping people take those steps in a way that feels supportive and empowering.

My training in counseling spans over six years, beginning with my bachelor's degree and continuing now through my master's program. I approach each person with curiosity, openness, and the belief that therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of the individual sitting in front of me.
