Meet Andrew

A counselor who helps you reconnect.

I have always been passionate about relationships and the role they play in shaping our lives. Growing up in a divided home with its share of challenges gave me an early understanding of how deeply our relationships can affect us. As I grew older, got married, and started my family, the passion I felt only grew stronger and I choose to turn my passion into a career where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Today, I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate challenges, better understand one another, and build stronger, healthier connections.

My Story

I believe our connections with others, as well as the relationship we have with ourselves, play an important role in our overall well-being. The way we see ourselves, understand our emotions, and communicate our needs can influence how we show up in our relationships. Even our most meaningful connections can be difficult to navigate, especially when we bring different life experiences, attachment styles, and ways of expressing love into our interactions.

I enjoy helping couples work through challenges, improve communication, and better understand the emotions and needs beneath conflict. I also work with individuals who want to strengthen their sense of self, navigate relationship concerns, and develop healthier patterns, as well as families seeking to better understand one another and build stronger connections as a family unit.

My Approach

I incorporate a client centered approach along with utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and an understanding of attachment styles to help clients recognize patterns in their relationships, explore their emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and one another. I believe that meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be vulnerable, communicate our needs, and experience greater trust and connection with the people who matter most to us.

Infertility & Family

My passion for this work is also deeply personal. My wife and I experienced seven years of infertility, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of the emotional and relational challenges couples can face on that journey. I understand how infertility can bring uncertainty, isolation, grief, and heartbreak, alongside moments of incredible hope and joy. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, helping them process their experiences, care for one another through the difficult moments, and find connection amid the uncertainty.
